Foxy Dance Cardio

Welcome to the high-energy, fun-filled workout that combines cardio with club-like movements to make you feel confident and irresistible. You'll twerk, jump, pop, and shake your way to burning calories and toning your muscles.

Our instructors will guide you through follow-a-long dances with hot and spicy music in this 50-minute class. Don't worry – this class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications are available.

Please note: this fitness class may involve floor work, so please be mindful of any knee sensitivities.

Beginner Heels

Beginner's Heels is the perfect class to unleash your inner goddess! This class focuses on teaching you fluid, sensual movements that celebrate your femininity and showcase your confidence.

Whether you're new to dancing in heels or want to take your skills to the next level, our supportive and empowering environment will make you feel empowered, sexy, and confident with every move you make.

You'll start with a quick warm-up before diving into some beginner-friendly choreography. Heels are great, but feel free to wear sneakers or socks!

Foxy Hip Hop

You'll leave this 50 minute class feeling hot and confident. No matter your skill level, you'll love our beginner-friendly classes.

Together, we will learn some hot and smokey hip hop choreography with body-loving movements. So, let's get down with a little girly hip hop that will have you feeling amazing from start to finish.

Twerk Shop

Enjoy our dance cardio - twerk style. This 50 minute class will focus on building your legs and booty. Your instructor will break down how to twerk in all different directions and styles. Then we will learn a quick booty shaking dance so that we can dance party together.

Prepare yourself for a high-energy workout filled with fun and excitement. This dance cardio class has light floor work.
