Groove Policy & Refunds

No Refunds – All Sales Final:
At Groove, we pride ourselves on providing a top-tier fitness experience, and we are committed to maintaining transparent and fair policies. Please be aware that all sales are final. This means that once you purchase a membership, class package, or individual class credit, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be given for any reason, including unused sessions. We encourage you to carefully review your schedule and commitment to the classes before making your purchase.

This policy also applies to all merchandise and retail products sold at Groove. Defective items may be exchanged in line with our product exchange policy, but refunds will not be offered.

Class Cancellation and Late Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel a class. To help accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness for all clients and instructors, we have implemented the following guidelines:

  • Cancel 24 hours before the class to retain your class credit. If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class, the credit will remain on your account for future use.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the class credit. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made to this rule to maintain fairness for other participants and our instructors.

We recommend planning your schedule in advance to avoid losing your credits due to late cancellations or no-shows.

ClassPass Users:
For participants booking through ClassPass, Groove does not manage the cancellation policies of external platforms. Therefore, please refer to ClassPass for their specific cancellation guidelines. No refunds or class credit adjustments will be made through Groove for bookings done via ClassPass. If you cancel within their window, your session may be retained, but Groove will not issue refunds or credits.

Additional Terms:

  • If Groove must cancel a class for any reason (e.g., instructor illness, emergency, or studio closures), your class credit will automatically be retained for future use.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time to better serve our community and keep up with business needs. Changes will be communicated in advance when necessary.

Why This Policy?
This policy is designed to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients while respecting the time of our instructors and maintaining the high quality of service Groove strives to deliver. When a late cancellation or no-show occurs, it impacts not only the instructor but also other clients who may have wanted to join a full class. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
